WhatsApp is consistently one of the most popular and most downloaded apps in the world. In this respect, Facebook, and by extension Meta, can wash their hands. And this little chatterbox is getting a little smarter with every update. Recently, it received several improvements, which concerned not only chats, but also the promised disappearing messages or reactions in the form of emoji.
Artificial intelligence is taking the world by storm

Users have also been able to write messages to themselves for quite a few weeks now, which comes in handy from time to time, especially when they need to write down some info – as they say – on the side so they don’t forget something.
As you may have noticed, the artificial intelligence fever is in full swing and is currently the number one topic in the technology industry. With its presence, the possibilities are greatly expanding, as well as the prestige and marketing. You can love AI, hate it, vilify it, but you certainly can’t ignore it.
Meta rides the wave

And why are we talking about this in the context of WhatsApp? Because parent company Meta wants to ride the giant wave of AI, reports Gizchina, citing an official statement from Mark Zuckerberg, the company’s CEO.
WhatsApp with algorithms like ChatGPT
He announced that the brand is currently working on a new top-level product. He then fleshed out the somewhat vague announcement. Generative artificial intelligence will be implemented in Meta’s new product. In principle, it should offer similar interaction to the very popular ChatGPT.
In this context, then, another dialogue-based system is probably in the offing that will not only be able to understand human language, but also function as a worthy partner for a diverse conversation.
Everyone will find “their own thing”
Developers of globally popular products such as WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram are already at this moment creating an imaginary breeding ground for creative AI tools that will reach billions of users, according to Zuckerberg.
