Rumor corroborates these iPads will lose iPadOS 17

What even the sparrows on the roof have been chirping about for a few days now is obvious. Apple has announced the date for its major summer event, WWDC 2023, which will begin on June 5 and run until June 9, 2023.

But for you (and for us), the opening day itself is key, because that’s when we should see the premiere of all the major new features; whether it’s the latest iterations of macOS 14, iPadOS 17, iOS 17, watchOS 10 or new hardware advancements.

And while we’re on the subject of iPad OS 17, let’s stick with it for a bit. Because some interesting information has recently surfaced in connection with it. Popular server 9TO5Mac announces that several parties have reported leaks of compatible iPads, thanks to which you already know in advance whether you will be able to install the new operating system on your device or not. The list is below.

  • iPad Air 3rd generation and later;
  • iPad 6th generation and later;
  • iPad mini 5th generation and later;
  • iPad Pro 2017 and later
